Finally, I met Maher Zain ! Yyay!
We arrived at Stadium Melawati Shah Alam at 1845 and thousands of people were already queuing up . The place was extremely packed that I might faint ! What amazed me the most was seeing the Muslims prayed on the bare grass for Maghrib prayer . Subhanallah! For a moment , it got me thinking ; Muslims are actually really strong !
Okay, back to the concert, it began at 2100 , after Isya' Prayers . Maher Zain was superbly great that everyone shouted "more ! more" when he said "that's the end." He even brought Fadli, the vocalist of Padi to sing InsyaAllah with him. Tegak bulu roma okay? His new piece, Freedom (a song for the people in Egypt) makes some of the fans cried and everyone started to turn on the mobile's light and waived it to the air. What a beautiful picture !
He sang 'Freedom' & 'For The Rest of My Life' twice because we requested it ! Cukuplah ! Rase macam nak pengsan dengar suara awak okay ?
It ended at 0030 and still , we want more of Maher Zain !
